Ljubomir Kljajić is a licensed IP representative and qualified patent agent with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO IB, Switzerland). He has over ten years of experience across public and private sectors, including senior-level project management roles.
He has served as an expert on the regulatory and ethical aspects of Artificial Intelligence systems and was a former member of the Committee on AI of the Council of Europe. Ljubomir is also a mentor for start-ups at the Science Park Graz (Austria), and a member of the Institute for Standardization of Serbia.
As an alumnus of WIPO’s International Patent Drafting Training Program, he brings in-depth knowledge in patent prosecution, prior art research, and enforcement strategy. His expertise also includes copyright protection and AI-related legal matters, including copyright registration in Serbia and the United States.
